Which came first?
TerraFormer.Online's public build history starts on April 1, 2026, when it launched as Clark Fork Gold, a prospecting map of Montana's Clark Fork River. It grew into the real-world mining game it is today, and every step is logged on our updates page. TerraMine's App Store listing shows its first release on May 4, 2026, about a month later. If you have seen both names, they are separate games from separate developers.
Ads, rent and where the money goes
Before you put time or money into any “earn while you play” game, read how it is paid for:
- Atlas Earth sells its in-game currency (Atlas Bucks packs from $4.99 to $99.99 on the App Store) for buying land, and its fastest earning boosts come from watching ads. Its own store listing says rent “is not guaranteed and may change or pause”, and the ad-boost multiplier gets smaller as you own more parcels.
Norton's review of Atlas Earth found that one common parcel earns about 35 cents a year without boosts. It cites a player's calculation that earning $1 a day takes roughly 875 parcels plus 101 badges, at around $5 per parcel. It also notes that ad revenue funds player payouts, and concludes that “after hundreds of hours spent watching ads, the real payout … is generally tiny — and many users never recoup their ‘investments.’” - TerraMine also uses ads to extend its 20× earning boost.
- TerraFormer.Online shows no ads. Your attention is not the product. The game is funded by an optional membership and optional purchases, and its economy is designed and simulated so that new players can make progress and long-time players are rewarded.
One coin runs the whole economy
TerraFormer.Online's economy is anchored to a single governing coin, ARAYA Energy (⚡), on Solana. Plot prices, workers, buildings, upgrades and rewards are all priced against it, and they adjust automatically. A live price index and regulators re-tune prices and the rewards paid out as the coin's market value and player activity change, so the economy stays balanced instead of being set by hand. See the tokenomics for the details. Like any crypto token, ARAYA Energy's value can go up or down.
Why players switch to TerraFormer.Online
1. No ads, ever
In many real-world land games the fastest way to earn is to watch ads all day for boosts. TerraFormer.Online has no ads at all: no rewarded videos, no banners and no ad trackers. You earn by playing, building and trading. That is a promise, not a setting.
2. A real map with real minerals under it
Every plot sits on real satellite imagery. Underneath, the game uses real-world mineral data: known localities, regional geology and real commodity information. Plots in famous mining districts can turn up the minerals those places are actually known for, and rare locality specimens are worth more. It is a strategy game where real geography matters.
3. An actual game, not just a counter going up
Step into your plot's 3D mining camp. Dig the sand pit, open rock and crystal caves, run drills, refine fuel at the oil rig, chop wood, smelt bars in furnaces and cut gems at the jeweler's bench. Hire workers, assign their jobs and build bunkhouses as your crew grows. Your camp keeps earning while you are away, and there is always a next goal.
4. Real gem cutting
The Gem Bot faceting machine in the game is modeled on a real automated faceting machine. It uses real cut designs and a replica of its touch screen. Turn rough stones into cut gems and jewelry, then display them or sell them.
5. A player-driven economy
Buy and sell plots, bid in auctions, invest in plot companies and trade on the market. The economy is tuned with live simulations to stay fair for new players and to hold its value over time.
