🎟️ Golden Ticket — Official Rules
Monthly prize draw and community member milestones on TerraFormer.Online.
1. Sponsor
The Golden Ticket draw is run by TerraFormer.Online (the “Sponsor”). Questions can be sent through the in-game Help or bug-report tools.
2. Who can enter
- Anyone with a TerraFormer.Online account who has reached the age of majority where they live (18 in most places) and is a legal resident of a country or state where this kind of free prize draw is allowed.
- One account per person. Duplicate or banned accounts can't enter or win, and prizes won by them are cancelled.
- Sponsor staff, game administrators, the house account and computer-controlled (bot) players can't enter.
3. Entry period
Each draw covers one calendar month, from 00:00 UTC on the 1st to 23:59:59 UTC on the last day of the month.
4. How to enter (one entry per person per month)
- Members: every player with an active membership during the month is entered automatically.
- Free entry: any eligible player can enter for free once a month with the “Enter free — no purchase necessary” button on the Golden Ticket card (Profile or the 🎟️ chip in the top bar). Creating an account is free.
- Everyone gets exactly one entry per month, however they enter, so members and free entrants have the same odds.
5. Prizes
The prize pool for a month is 5% of the membership payments received that month ($20 monthly and $200 yearly memberships, as paid). It's paid in ARAYA Energy, the game's token, valued at $0.0001 per Energy (the price at a $100,000 market cap) or at its market price if that's higher.

Example: 100 monthly memberships = $2,000 of revenue → $100 pool → $50 grand prize and four $12.50 prizes, paid in Energy. The live pool is shown on the Golden Ticket card during the month. If there was no membership revenue in a month, there is no draw that month.
ARAYA Energy is a crypto token whose market value can go up or down. Prizes are credited to the winner's in-game Energy balance and follow the game's normal rules for spending and withdrawing Energy. Prizes can't be exchanged, transferred to another account or substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. How winners are chosen
Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries, by computer, on or shortly after the 1st of the following month. Each account can win only one prize per draw. Your odds depend on how many eligible entries there are; the card shows the current number.
7. Winner notification
Winners are notified in the game (notifications) and announced in the game chat by display name. The prize is credited automatically. The Sponsor may ask a winner to confirm eligibility; a winner who is found ineligible forfeits the prize.
8. Community member milestones
When the number of active members first passes each milestone, every player who is an active member at that moment receives the bonus once:

Gold and crates are in-game items with no cash value.
9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting that apply to their prize where they live.
10. General conditions
- The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the draw, uses multiple accounts, bots or scripts, or breaks the game's rules.
- If the draw can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or anything else outside the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may cancel, change or pause it, and will award prizes fairly from the eligible entries received.
- By taking part you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Display names of winners may be shown in the game.
- These rules may be updated for future months; changes never apply to a draw already under way.
